Founded in 2000,mainly produces high-quality pet grooming scissors and scissors for cut-ting hair.Our products export to Europe, America and southeast Asia. Our brand is ICOOL ( Chinese meaning is “ Love Cool “ ) which was registered in Japan ,Singapore and China ( Mainland ) .
